The Guild is an invite-only membership community for senior women leaders that prioritizes deep, authentic relationships over traditional networking through retreats, coaching circles, and curated gatherings.
Our members are founders, C-suite executives, investors, board members, and operators who are reshaping industries and building the next generation of companies. They're often navigating careers at full throttle alongside all the demands of mid-life — a season that can feel overwhelming and isolating. What sets them apart isn't just their résumés — it's that they're also the first to show up for each other, genuinely funny, and remarkably unguarded.
We started The Guild on a simple premise: that women leaders deserve authentic friendships that power their lives. Being a part of the Guild is like having the wind at your back for wherever you want to take your life and career.
Guild members gather throughout the year for experiences designed to foster genuine connection, learning, and trust.

You'll quickly notice that everyone in The Guild is a little bit of a badass. But they have zero interest in making you feel smaller.
Guild members are mid-career women with 15+ years of experience who hold — or have recently held — positions of significant leadership. They span a wide range of roles, from CEOs, GCs, COOs, heads of people, investors, board members, nonprofit leaders, founders, and operators across industries.
More importantly, they're curious about other people, confident but vulnerable, serious about their work, and refreshingly unserious about themselves.
About half of our members are based in the Bay Area, with a growing presence in New York, LA, Atlanta, and DC. About 50% identify as women of color.
We are an intentionally small, invite-only community that adds a dozen or so members every year. Most of our members find us via a referral from a current Guild member. We think hard about the overall composition of the community with every member that we add, balancing background, experience, geography, industry, and stage of life.
If you found your way here on your own, we're excited to get to know you! We keep a waitlist for women who'd like to be considered for future membership. A couple of times a year, we assess what the community needs in its next members and extend invitations accordingly — so timing and fit both matter. Membership is an annual commitment and is increasingly covered by employers or investors as a professional development investment.
